How to do a good job of lubrication and maintenance of metal baler?

The maintenance and lubrication of hydraulic baler should be done regularly. First of all, pay attention to keeping the hydraulic packer dry, do not let it rain, or put something with water on it.

Secondly, the following points should be done well:

1. Remove debris or stolen goods from hydraulic packer once a week

2. Once a month, clean and lubricate the upper skateboard, the middle knife and the front top knife.

3. Drop appropriate lubricating oil once a week on the surface of the cam and the connecting shaft core of the upper extension.

4. Replenish oil in gearbox of reducer once a year

5. Attention should be paid to the non-refueling of several parts: the return rollers, all belts, slippers and their surroundings, and electromagnetic clutch.

6. Do not add too much oil each time to avoid the failure of the micro switch due to oil immersion.
